Computer Repair Responsibility:
Preferred Technology Solutions will attempt to diagnose and troubleshoot any issues you may encounter via electronic messaging or over the phone. In the event we are unable to fix the issue, we will arrange a method for troubleshooting and repairing at that time. It is extremely important to understand that Preferred Technology Solutions is not responsible for the current data that resides on your PC. Throughout the entire troubleshooting and repairing process, we will keep you well informed as to the progress of the repair. In the event the process is not to your satisfaction, we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability and we welcome all of your suggestions, comments, and concerns.
Service Area:
Preferred Technology Solutions' resource capability is currently limited to the Central New York Region only. In certain cases, there may be exceptions, however, these exceptions may be subject to additional charges.
